At SodLi, we are committed to providing high-quality landscaping services and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, please review our Refund Policy below.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for the highest standards of service, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with the sod installation, turf, or other services we provide, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the issue and take appropriate steps to address your concerns, which may include rework, replacement, or other suitable solutions.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not offered for services that have been completed as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. However, we may consider refunds or partial refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Sod: If the sod provided is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Failure to Provide Services: If SodLi fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the contract, a refund or partial refund may be issued.

Customer Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of work and have given us the opportunity to resolve the issue but remain unsatisfied, we may consider a partial refund based on the circumstances.
Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed to the specifications outlined in the service agreement or due to changes in customer preferences after the work has begun.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund or address a service concern, please follow these steps:

Provide detailed information regarding your concern, including photos of any damage or issues with the service.

Our team will review your request and discuss the next steps, including possible rework, replacement, or a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary, and you will be notified once the refund is approved and processed.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service request prior to the scheduled work, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services may not be eligible for a refund once they are completed. This includes but is not limited to:

Customized sod orders or special sod varieties that were specifically ordered for your project.

Services that have been fully completed as agreed upon, including sod installation or turf laying.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding the refund process or any aspect of our services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through direct communication or, if necessary, through legal means according to the laws of the State of New York.
